FAQs About Our Magic Show in Troy
What does the ticket price include?
The magic starts with our fabulous pre-show entertainment in the Atrium Bar and Grill. You will be shown to a reserved table, where food and drinks are available for purchase, and our close-up magicians will astound you with their incredible sleight of hand. You will then go through to our 50-seat showroom for a hilarious cabaret magic show.
What time does the show end?
Early Soiree finishes at approx 7:40 PM
Late Soiree finishes at approx 9:40 PM
Family Show finishes at approx 3:15 PM
The bar will be open after the Early and Late Soiree for more fun.
Is there a minimum age?
The Magic Soiree provides clean entertainment for adults. We welcome families, but the Early and Late Soiree shows are not designed for children under 10.
Our Family Soiree is open to all ages from 4 to 104!
What time should we arrive?
Early Soiree – ARRIVE at 5:15 PM. Whether you are dining or just buying cocktails, you don't want to miss our close-up performers. They will start the pre-show entertainment soon after you are seated, followed by our Stage show.
Late Soiree – ARRIVE at 7:15 PM. Whether you are dining or just buying apps, our close-up performers start soon after you are seated, followed by our Stage show.
Family shows – ARRIVE at 1:45 PM to grab a seat in the showroom for this stage show that starts at 2:00 PM.
What are the seating arrangements?
The pre-show entertainment takes place at reserved tables in the Atrium Bar and Grill. Small groups may be seated with other magic lovers so everyone can enjoy the close-up magic experience. Groups of 6 or more will have their own table. The seating in the showroom is theatre style.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes! The Magic Soiree is accessible for guests using wheelchairs. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions before your visit, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to help make your evening as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
How much does the show cost?
Early and Late Soiree:
$40 per ticket for general seating
$45 per ticket for VIP seating (front 2 rows)
Family Soiree: $25 per ticket.

Do I have to buy tickets in advance, or can I purchase them at the door?
We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to make sure you have a seat. If you're looking for tickets on the day of a show, give us a call to see if we've had any cancellations or last-minute availability.

Is dinner included with my ticket?
Dinner and drinks are available for purchase in the Atrium Bar & Grill before the show, but they are not included in the ticket price. Guests are welcome to enjoy a full meal, appetizers, desserts, or simply relax with a drink while our close-up magicians perform at their table.
What should I wear?
There isn't a strict dress code. Most guests opt for smart-casual attire, making The Magic Soiree perfect for date nights, celebrations, or a fun evening out. Wear whatever makes you comfortable while enjoying a memorable night of entertainment.
Where should I park?
Parking is available at the Embassy Suites in Troy. There is ample on-site parking for guests attending The Magic Soiree.
Can I celebrate a birthday or special occasion?
Absolutely! Birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions are always welcome at The Magic Soiree.
Let us know what you're celebrating, and we'll be happy to give your guest of honor a shout-out from the stage. Since our show is interactive, they may even get the chance to join in the magic on stage!
Can I purchase gift certificates?

Can I book the Magic Soiree for a private event?
Absolutely! The Magic Soiree is completely portable, which means we can bring the magic to your venue for corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, and other special occasions.
Depending on your event, you can book the complete Magic Soiree experience, close-up magicians to mingle and entertain your guests, or just the stage show. We'll work with you to find the entertainment that best fits your venue, schedule, and event.
Is gratuity included?
An 18% gratuity is automatically added to all food and drink purchases at the Atrium Bar & Grill, so there’s no need to calculate it yourself.
What food is available?
If you intend to dine, we suggest you arrive promptly when check-in opens and be ready to order! Then sit back and enjoy our close-up magicians.
